Not blocked. Just doesn't respond.
Try a different network (mobile hotspot), restart your router/modem, change DNS–over–HTTPS settings or providers, and switch around proxies or VPNs if you have any.
i try it i change dns 2 times i try with VPN The problem is here... in Firefox
In the "DNS" tab of about:networking you'll see what IP it resolves for you. These are some datacenters that I got back from a probe and all responded the same:
