After 5 years of using Firefox I can't log in to my email account on this computer and need your help.

I have used dickeyking@bellsouth.net for all my emails and have opened them on Firefox on this computer but can no longer login to see them. All emails are available on my i-phone and I use i-cloud for storage. I would greatly appreciate your help.
