I wast to recover using recover keys, but there is no >forgot password< button at sign in, how do I get to the button?

My primary password was change on June 16, 2026. I did not initiate the change, nor have information about the new password. I have recovery keys I would like to try. I am not certain whether when the password was changed the recovery keys were as well.

The first step in support instructions is to click >forgot password< button at sign it. There is no such button.

The recovery keys are for your Mozilla Account. If you do not have your Primary Password this support article should help:
