Tab Crash - NordCloud

I updated both of my laptops to the latest version and now I cannot upload files to https://cloud.nordlocker.com (NordVPN Cloud). Had no issues on the previous version. I get the following - Gah. Your tab just crashed. We can help! Choose Restore This Tab to reload the page. (Screenshot attached). I have tried both restore and close and restarted laptop. I have to use Edge to upload files.

We're sorry to hear that Firefox is crashing. In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A list of Submitted (and Unsubmitted, if any) Crash Reports will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Submitted Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

This crash was from Oct 2025 and I submitted it this morning - did not know about this until now. bp-ec86ae4b-b452-40e4-8956-d5e730260427 There was no crash for my incident. I attached what I received when I try to upload a file to Nordlocker. https://cloud.nordlocker.com

This is occuring on two different laptops I own. I uploaded a file Saturday morning on laptop at home, then the Firefox update occurred and receive the tab crash. Turned on work laptop this morning, Firefox update occurred and received the tab crash. Had no problems uploading files prior to updates on either laptop.
