In version 149.0.2, why do I no longer get the warning bar when I type the word "attachment"?

When I type the word "attachment" in version 149.0.2 I no longer get the warning bar across the bottom of the screen. I do have the "check for missing attachments" box checked in Settings.

Go to TB menu > Settings > General

- scroll all the way down and click the 'Config editor' button on the right

- click 'Accept the risk and continue' if that appears

- search for mail.compose.attachment_reminder

Is it set to true?

Two entries below, is the mail.compose.attachment_reminder_keywords field populated? It should be this:

.doc,.pdf,.xls,.ppt,.rtf,.pps,attachment,attach,attached,attaching,enclosed,CV,cover letter

If both look right: does that also happen in Troubleshoot mode?
