Hi, During spellcheck, the option to accept a flagged misspelling using the "Add To Dictionary" appears in the menu. Where are these entries stored? If they are editable I'd like to fix an occasional error. In addition, I'd like to keep a copy of my own additions that can be dropped into a fresh Firefox install.

Changes made vi add to dictionary are stored in persdict.dat in the Firefox profile folder. See "Remove a word you have accidentally added":

You can use the button in "Help -> More Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page (Root directory).
