The browser disables recording Nvidia ShadowPlay.

When the browser is open - whether with tabs or not - it disables NVIDIA ShadowPlay. The NVIDIA overlay says “a protected app is preventing desktop capture,” and I’d agree with that if it only happened when tabs with DRM content were open, but it happens even in an empty browser.
