Discord not asking for permissions?
I previously accidentally removed notification permissions from discord. I'm trying to reanable them, but even when i enable the settings in discord firefox will not give me the popup to turn on notifications. when i click on the usual permissions tab myself it simply does not show the notifications option. they are not blocked in my firefox settings, and other sites like youtube and twitter work perfectly fine

Please disregard my previous answer. The most obvious thing that may help is clearing Firefox cache and clearing cookies and data for Discord ((warning: this will log you out). Could you please try that?
thank you for trying to help, but clearing cookies and cache does not change anything. i also saw your previous reply, but when i go to firefox's notification settings i can not find the option to add manually
Did you look at "Tools -> Page Info -> Permissions"?
