Problems with a Hotmail account

It only happens with one account, as I have two other Hotmail accounts that work fine, but this one does not, and I don't know why. I have been using Thunderbird for many years and it has never failed me like this before. I've tried other email clients, and the same thing happens with that email account. In the end, I'm going to have to switch to Outlook, which I don't want to do for several reasons. See if you can help me. Thank you. Another thing: another user had the same problem and cleared the cache, but I've done that and nothing has changed.

Something related that couldn't be connected to that account. When it happens again, I'll try to take a picture of it, but I should mention that another user in the community had the same problem. So far today, nothing strange is happening; I'll see if anything happens during the day and let you know.

It happened to me again the other day, but everything was back to normal the next day. The thing is, it only happens with this one account; it doesn't happen with the other four Hotmail accounts I have. Strange.

Now I'm getting this error message at the end. I was able to take a screenshot of the error, but I want to reiterate that this is only happening with one specific account. I've tried other email clients, and more or less the same thing happens. I don't know if there's something about that account that the clients don't like, but with Outlook, there are no issues. I don't understand it—I've been using your client for years and have never had problems like this before. Here's a screen.

And the username is entered correctly, along with the password generated by the app and the mobile verification.
