Cannot transfer Local Folders to Outlook

Hello, I have three profiles, and then a large number of sub folders in Local Folders. I would like to know how to transfer these Local Folders to Outlook. the profiles and their emails have all been transferred successfully.

I think this should work:

  1. install the 'importexporttools NG addon
  2. highlight a desired folder, rightclick, and select importexport option to export as EML files
  3. repeat for all desired folders
  4. in Outlook, create a new folder and the drag the EML files to it
