site that opened last week now says FireFox does not support WebGL
Firefox has been my browser of choice for well over 20 years. I have a game I play every day (from FaceBook) just this week when I try to go to it on my laptop - it says your browser does not support WebGL. it has always opened using Firefox - this is a new error message. and the computer is only 5 months old and has Windows 11 on it. I do not want to switch to Google or Edge.
Like I said - opening the app worked every day up until about a week ago. What gives?
Chosen solution
Thank you, but I could not find anything for WebGL renderer that I could modify.
I did read an article online that suggested to go to put about:support in the address window and under General it said to uncheck standard performance and to click on "use accelerated performance" - that fixed it.
So thank you. My question needs no more answers.

Go to about:support and check WebGL 1 Driver Renderer / WebGL 2 Driver Renderer in the Graphics section.

How did you do that? When I go to about:support, I do not see anything I can check or uncheck or modify. Help. My trusty Firefox is suddenly crippled by this problem and I do not understand how to fix it.
They changed about.support - I no longer see General or Graphics - it wants you to select different options. I had unchecked it then checked it again - but that screen I could not find.
Sorry I can't help.
The about:support (Help -> More Troubleshooting Information) page only shows information (i.e. is read-only). You need to go to the settings page to make changes,
