Hi, I have recently had a problem with one of our cats walking on my keyboard. Previously the Thunderbird page had two panels, the top one listing emails in date order and the bottom one displaying the message I had highlighted on the top panel. Now I have the top panel which is fine but I can't get the bottom panel. Can you help please? Douglas.

Chosen solution

Try TB Menu Bar > View > Layout > Classic View.

(Most don't see the top menu bar (https://i.imgur.com/OTvCzJ6.png), as it's hidden by default. If you don't see it, press the ALT key. To make the menu bar always visible, press ALT + V, then T, then M.)

Thank you Ed, I now have your message on the right. How do I move it to the bottom of the list panel? Doug.

Perfect - many thanks. Doug.
