If it's not crashing, but just hanging, and eventually showing a 'Not responding' notification in the Title bar, then what is your anti-virus software?

It is crashing

Each time that it crashed,several time each day I sent a report which you should have. I would like to talk to a support agent to help me solve this matter otherwise I will have to quit thunderbird and cancel my monthly donation. Thank you
