Why does Firefox indicate my computer is a Windows 10 operating system when I upgraded to Windows 11 about 3 months ago?

How do I get into Mozilla settings and make sure Firefox updates are set for windows 11? Also, I need to track a package with UPS today & their website says pop-ups needs to be on. How is that done?

Hi, Firefox should be able to identify your OS. Where exactly do you see Windows 10? If it's an email from Mozilla, or even an autopopulated field on this website, that may be fine if the OS is identified by your User-Agent (a short string with not enough data to differentiate between Windows 10 and 11). Firefox on your device don't have such a limitation, and should not face this issue.

For pop-ups, please see Pop-up blocker settings, exceptions and troubleshooting.

A Firefox 147.0 UserAgent on Windows 10 and 11 is Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:147.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/147.0

Windows 11 is basically based on the same NT 10.0 as Windows 10. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_NT#Releases

The Firefox versions since 116.0 to current are for Windows 10 and 11 as there are no versions just for Windows 11.
