Greetings. I would like to import a *.pst file from outlook 2016. Both outlook and thunderbird are installed on the same computer. When using the import tool, the status goes to 33% and stops. How might I troubleshoot this? Thanks

Thunderbird can import from outlook the application. It has no idea what a PST file even is. Outlook must not only be fully installed and functional, but the PST file but be the default in Outlook.

I would suggest you break your import into address books/Contacts mail and calendars in separate steps. It sounds like there is some corruption somewhere in the PST file and doing it in parts may help identify exactly what the issue is. I find calendars from outlook are often problematical
