I am running windows XP SP3 space 32 bit and need a Mail program that will work. I’m having trouble with EXE files that I’ve downloaded but won’t run.

TB 52 is the last version to support XP. Choose the language of the installer from this page:

https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/releases/52.9.1/win32/

Thunderbird 52.9.1 Released July 10, 2018 was the last to support the old EOL Windows XP and Vista. https://www.thunderbird.net/thunderbird/52.9.1/releasenotes/

Firefox 52.9.0 Released June 26, 2018 was the last to support the old EOL Windows XP and Vista. https://www.firefox.com/firefox/52.9.0/releasenotes/ https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/52.9.0esr/win32/

Not sure if any still exist as current however you are better of trying to find a light 32-bit Linux distro so you can use much more current versions of Thunderbird and Firefox.

Two 32-bit versions here: https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/all/#E

Thunderbird 115 ESR requires Windows 7, 8, 8.1 while the Tb 140.6.0 ESR and Tb 146.0.1 Release requires Windows 10, 11 to run whether 32-bit or 64-bit.

Oops. Thanks, James. I was just looking for 32-bit.
