Please allow Chinese users to install AD Blocker extensions

Mozilla has been blocking Chinese users to install AD Blockers for a couple of years because of a lawsuit against it's precious partner 北京谋智火狐信息技术有限公司 (English: Mozilla Online Ltd.). However, they stopped their cooperation on Sep. 29. So maybe Mozilla just no longer needs to ban AD blocker installations in China, right?

Hi, I'm not sure how this blocking Chinese users works. Are you able to install uBlock Origin from https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock/releases/  ?

Thanks for reply. Well, technically I can do that. But it's annoying. I think it'll be way better to be able to install it directly from addons.mozilla.org, which currently doesn't work. (addons.mozilla.org says "The page you tried to access is not available in your region." whenever I try to install this sort of extensions from it)
