If I use thunderbird as my email client, can I use html signature both on mobile app and desktop (chromebook)? Signatures that come with designer fonts and photos. Attached example.

The signature has to appear same regardless I am sending an email from mobile app or desktop.

HTML sometimes needs tweaking, depending on how it's written. My suggestion is to try the signature on both platforms to see how they look. Then, there may be a need to adjust to fit. That is, no one can say offhand that an HTML sig will work.
