You appear to have the old eol Windows 7 so the most current version you can run is Firefox 115 ESR currently at 115.31.0esr. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-users-windows-7-8-and-81-moving-extended-support

To run current versions of Firefox you will need Windows 10, 11 or you can dual boot with a current Linux distro.
