What exactly is a 'HTTP equivalent' and a 'HTTPS display' of a message'?

HTTP and HTTPS are web protocols. Thunderbird is an email client, not a web browser.

Hello there

I think you do mean http equivalent is a not really secured connection ?🎅 And that https is a better secured connection ? Https display is the same exact data only packed with security layers like ssl/tls. He wants to find out what it means?if there is info send along with it? Is Https info displayed with mail sending or recieving? Or they send him a link in a message?

Can you be more specific for us ? Can you go to View > Message Source or Message Details
