Msg "thunderbird rejects imap" and cannot understand check "password required" used thunderbird for 30 years and have contributed donations. Is states it is a thunderbird problem and we went over the setup together. Setup is correct.

Please provide more information, such as info on IMAP being rejected. seeing full text of error messages and screenshots of incoming and outgoing server settings panes may help. That is, more detail is needed. thank you.
