Probleme envoi de mails
Bonjour, Depuis quelques temps j'ai un soucis d'envoi avec ma boite mail. J'ai deux adresses mails : davangel49@orange. et gaecterrien49@orange.fr Avec l'adresse privée, je peux envoyer et recevoir sans problème Avec l'adresse pro (gaecterrien49@orange.fr), je peux seulement recevoir des messages mais pas envoyer. J'ai une message d'erreur qui s'affiche et qui me dit "mail rejeté. Identifiant et adresse mail appartenant à deux utilisateurs différents".
J'ai contacté Orange également. Le problème a bien été réglé de leur coté (je peux envoyer un mail et le recevoir de ma boite mail Orange sur gaecterrien49@orange.fr mais pas à partir de Thunderbird. Pouvez-vous m'aider à régler ce problème? D'avance merci A. TERRIEN

This seems that it may be a common problem. When a person has two email addresses with the same domain, the two accounts sometimes attempt to use the same SMTP server. To check that, follow these steps carefully:
- click to account settings
- now, click the professional account in left sidebar
- notice the bottom line of the screen on right. click the 'edit smtp server' button. My guess is the email address shown will be for the other account. If I am correct, revert back to prior screen and click the dropdown menu for outgoing SMTP server. at that point, you should see both SMTP servers. Click the appropriate one and, for documentation, edit the description field to contain the professional email address. Now, revert back to prior screen and the bottom line pointing to outgoing server should now show the professional email address.
- now, send test email and let me know status.
