Home/Short Cuts - I should have 4 rows of saved shortcuts, now all have disappeared and NO tiles are visible

I am using Firefox Browser 145.0 and CCleaner Free version 7.1.1042.0. Either CCleaner wiped out the 4 rows of saved shortcuts, or, I have a unwanted Checked or unchecked Firefox setting. The home Firefox page is black, with no tiles showing, no way to add tiles as far as I can tell

Is their a way to reload the ones I had yesterday? Are they saved in configuration / about: Thanks for helping me. Dave Thompson
