how do i submit a bug report for firefox?

Firefox comes up in a large window, covering most of my screen. I can resize the browser window just fine, as expected. However when I close the program, then open it later, the browser window is not the size and position it was in when I stopped the program last, it comes up with a large window again.

In about:config, have you by any chance changed privacy.resistFingerprinting to True? If so, click the Toggle button on the right to change it to False then restart Firefox. More: Resist Fingerprinting.
