File Icons on Attachments
When I add attachments when replying to emails, the file icons on those attachments don't display. This only happens when replying, the file icons display when receiving emails. Have tried many things to fix this including using ChatGTP with no luck. What can I do to fix this?

Hi Ed ... using Windows 11 Home and the latest version of TB 145.0 (64-bit). And yes ... I've tried Troubleshoot mode and the same thing happens. I've uploaded an image of what's happening ... the red circle indicates where the icons should be. Craig

See what happens with a new profile.
Hi Ed ... created a new profile with the same result. Might have to try a different email provider. Thanks .. Craig
