Hello, I have the following problem. Every now and then, all the labels I have on individual emails disappear from my account. What could be the cause? Is there any way to restore them?

If by labels you mean tags, it's possible your IMAP server doesn't support keywords, and the tags are stored locally in the msf index files. If you repair the folder, this recreates the msf files, losing the tags.
