What Windows do you have as you appear to have Windows 8 ?

The Firefox UserAgent you used to post this thread was Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; Win64; x64; rv:62.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/62.0 as NT 6.2 is Windows 8.

If you are indeed running the old eol Windows 8 then you can download the current Firefox 115 ESR (115.29.0esr) at https://www.firefox.com/download/all/desktop-esr/ as you pick 64-bit Windows or 32-bit Windows then language then click on the [Download ESR 115].

If you are indeed running Firefox on Windows 10 or 11 then you may be running Firefox in Windows 8 compatibility mode for some reason.

You need to uncheck the "Run the program in compatibility mode for as shown in guilds like https://www.minitool.com/news/how-to-run-a-program-in-compatibility-mode.html

If you want the current Firefox 145.0 Release and not the (140.5.0esr) then download it from https://www.firefox.com/download/all/desktop-release/
