adding 2nd email account
Mozilla automatically put in the necessary info for an xfinity email account and said it was accepted, but I don't see the second account in my email program. Can you help?

You can see all accounts by selecting 'account settings' and reviewing the list of accounts in left column. If it's not there, the account does not exist in Thunderbird. If you have screenshots or other supporting material, please post it. thank you
