To actually answer the question.

For Windows 7, 8, 8.1 the most current version you can run is Firefox 115 ESR which is currently at 115.29.0esr and planned for updates till Fx 115.33.0esr next year. You appear to be running the current Firefox 115.29.0esr.

Firefox 116.0 and later requires Windows 10, 11 to run. The only other way you could run current Firefox versions on your old system is to perhaps dual boot with a Linux distro.
