I keep getting unsecure site on sites that are secure
On some of my accounts that I use every day I keep getting unsecured site and can't advance to my site. Michales is one of them so I can't use my coupons to buy my products.

In case you are using an old bookmark or an email link, does it work any better to try to go through a search engine results page (like Google, Bing, or DuckDuckGo)?
In the add-on list you shared, it looks like you have four shopping extensions (Capital One, CNET, Honey, Rakuten). In case there is a conflict between them, you could consider disabling three of them and testing one at a time.
