When replying to some messages, the reply screen opens up but I cannot enter any text in the body or send.

Does the same problem resolve with Help > Troubleshoot Mode?

Thanks for responding. Working ok right now, only seems to happen with certain emails. Haven't received these since posting, but will try the troubleshoot mode next time.
