How do I restore the Mozilla Firefox header that disappeared accidentally, located above the tabs

I somehow accidentally removed the Mozilla Firefox Header that has File, Edit, View, Help, etc.. I can not even check for the version of Firefox that I am running. How do I get it back without losing all of my tabs? I could not locate anything regarding this under the Settings area, where it should be located.
