First, please do not post the same question twice. It causes confusion. Now, click file>offline>download to ensure that all content is on PC Next, download the importexporttools NG addon Now, highlight each desired folder, rightclick and select importexport option to export mbox Next, highlight Local Folders, rightclick and select importexport option to import mbox for each mbox you exported These steps will capture all messages to your Local Folders and you may now close out the account,
