Hi,

If you're on Windows 10, try the following:

  1. Click the Windows Start button.
  2. Type Firefox/Thunderbird into the search bar.
  3. Right-click "Firefox'/Thunderbird in the results.
  4. Select Open file location from the drop-down menu.
  5. An Explorer window will open. Right-click the highlighted file and select Send to -> Desktop.
