Every couple of days I am unable to access my email accounts, facebook and most web pages.

The only way I can access them is to refresh Firefox after which all work OK.

Really like firefox but am getting fed up of having to refresh it constantly any advise you could give would be very much appreciated.

What error message do you see when you try to open an email?

Do you have any add-ons installed in Firefox?

The only message I get is from my Yahoo email which is "we are unable to access this content at this time", other email accounts just dont respond.

The only add-ons I have are Kaspersky password manager and Total add blocker. Used both of these for ages with no problems.

I’ve seen this too — Firefox tends to slow down or hang after a couple of days of heavy use, especially if you keep a lot of tabs open. A refresh usually clears it up because it resets cached data and extensions that may be misbehaving. Some folks recommend running it in Troubleshoot Mode for a while to see if an add-on is the culprit.
