Leider verfügt Mozilla über kein eigenes Hilfeforum in deutscher Sprache, aber keine Sorge, es gibt sehr gute und schnelle deutschsprachige Hilfe im Camp Firefox, Untergruppe "Allgemein". Frag einfach dort nach, in diesem Forum stehen langjährige und sehr erfahrene Firefox-Nutzer bereit, die dir gerne bei der Problemlösung helfen.

Den Artikel "Get community support" gibt es natürlich auch in deutscher Sprache.
