
Unable to add another email account
Hi, I am unable to add another email account. I go to "Add email account", an "Account Hub Add your email address window" opens. I enter my name and the email address and press "Continue". A message "Looking up configuration" appears, then the box dims and a spinning circle appears. That's it. It doesn't go any further. I've tried closing out, rebooting, installing the most recent version of Thunderbird to no avail.

Hi Arhlene. You and everyone else. Someone made a bad decision to turn an experimental feature on by default. Go into settings, turn off the account hub, and try setting up your account again.
