
Unable to login to account, new detail
This is a followup to my recent question about unable to login to account. I continued to troubleshoot the issue and noticed for tha first time in the heading of the error message "login to account RoadRunner/TWC' failed. It offers to allow me to enter a new password. I don't think I ever did specifically choose a password. Should I/Can I enter a new password? See uploaded image.

Create, or re-use, the password that works for accessing the account in webmail, then remove all entries for the account from Saved Passwords in Settings. Restart TB and enter the (working) password at the prompt, and check the box to have it saved.
A password is required for TWC accounts with normal password authentication:
incoming IMAP: mail.twc.com, 993, SSL/TLS, normal password, email address
outgoing SMTP: mail.twc.com, 587, STARTTLS, normal password, email address
