so I'm using two extensions ublock for blocking ads and no script for avoiding anti-block killer so after two days of use I can't use the website bcz of I can't enable the JavaScript and idk how I search but I just can't find way to enable it and avoid ads at same time

Hi

The issue will be NoScript preventing scripts from running in pages that you are trying to view.

You may need to turn that add-on off for pages to load correctly.

Be aware that NoScript requires extensive interaction: every site you visit will initially have its scripts blocked, and you have to decide which script sources to allow. If you are not that interested in micromanaging website scripts, it probably isn't a good choice for you.
