On my desktop whilst firefox the 3 horizontal bars has a yellow diamond on them and when I click them I get a message ACCOUNT DISCONNECTED what is this

That message means you've been logged out of your Firefox account. The yellow diamond icon on the three horizontal bars is an alert that there's a problem with your connection to your Firefox account.
To fix this, you just need to log back into your Firefox account.
Once you're signed in, the yellow diamond should disappear, and your browser will begin syncing your bookmarks, passwords, and other data again.
