What is Copernic was my first reaction. My second is what is a connector.

Google is my friend on this occasion as it answered both of those questions and showed me you need to install an addon in Thunderbird that you apparently have not. See https://copernicsearch.freshdesk.com/en/support/discussions/topics/47000677779
