
messages coming through without showing sender or subject line
A handful of messages are now coming through without showing the sender or subject line, and they are gobbledygook, like this portion of one from the Red Cross confirming an appointment; I have received messages from them a few months ago the last time I donated blood without any problem. Here is a portion of the message:

What specific version?
And what is shown in Help > Troubleshooting Information > Show update history
I believe I am on 140.1.1
And I opened the update history, and it says all updates were successfully installed.
Please post all the exact details.
