What happens when you try to do that? Is there any error message?

None--I get the Xfinity Stream screen with the three blinking balls below the logo. It continues to blink and does not connect. I am aware of this occurring since Friday. I don't use it real often, but when I want to use it, I want to use it.

I have Malwarebytes and Browse Privately. I also have I also have Norton Antivirus. None of these are new. I have been operating a long time with them. The inability to connect to Xfinity Stream is new.
