Using Thunderbird for email and yesterday I noticed that my sent messages weren't beig saved to my Sent Folder. What do I do to get them back in this folder?

When I send an email it automatically puts a copy in my Sent folder so I can access it at a later time; but yesterday this wasn't happening. What do I do to get this to work again and can I retrieve the ones I lost? Appreciate your help. Linda

Rich, Thanks so much they are all back and now I can find the emails I sent and verify that I did reply to my classmates. I am the contact person on our reunion committee and this is so helpful to me. Thanks for coming up with the solution. Sincerely Linda
