Hi Chenna, Firefox 140.0 is due out Tuesday. The current release of Firefox is 139.0.4. If you think you might not have the current release, could you try the steps in the following article:

Update Firefox to the latest release

If that wasn't what you meant, could you describe the problem in more detail? Does a specific website think your Firefox is out of date?
