I created an email signature with Wisestamp. I use Gmail. In the web version of Gmail the signature appears properly, including the animated gif. I took a screen shot of the signature and attached the signature from a file. It looks fine but the animated gif doesn't work. I'm incredibly challenged with all of this. Not even sure if what I'm trying to do will even work. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Connie Pyke

Well I wrote this long reply with all these nice words it in and the site lost it, so you get the ugly rough version.

Animated gifs do not animate unless the email is send and viewed from the sent fold or saved as a draft, the compose window must be closed and reopened from the drafts folder by clicking the edit button. Try that before you do more.
