You may want to check if disabling Enhanced Tracking Protection in Firefox for Android can help with what you're trying to achieve here.

If you're using a specific ad-blocker, you may want to reach out the extension developer directly. I mentioned Firefox's ETP feature, since the Stict and Custom level protection may provide you with some level of ad-blocking capability too.
