How do I safely view an email marked "junk"?

The body of the email marked "junk" is blank, so how can I determine whether or not it's actually junk? Other email programs I've used show at least the basic plain text content, blocking images and links.

Thanks for your answer. I looked at the source and couldn't see anything I could recognize a text content, so maybe the only content was an image and therefore blocked.

The email is clearly spam. It purports to be from "Pay Pal", and yet the sender's address is from comcast.net. Aside from me, there are 98 other recipients, all with comcast.net addresses perhaps from the massive Comcast hack a couple of years ago.
