Hi! I'm assisting some people in installing and setting up Thunderbird. However I notice in the latest version of the software that I can't find where the setting is that allows you to remove messages from the server once downloaded to the client. Previously there was a checkbox in the "Server Settings" section called "Leave messages on server" which, when unchecked, would remove emails from the server (seen screenshot). It looks like this option has either been renamed or removed. Can anyone help? It must be in there somewhere! Thanks for any assistance :-)

If your account is IMAP, then there is no such setting. IMAP works different than POP. With IMAP everything is managed on the server.
