When messages are received (inbox), the new message arrivals are highlighted in a darker font in the Messages window. After reading a message, I'd like the font of the message title and the sender to be a lighter (or different font) so I know which messages I've already read. If this is not possible, is there some other way to highlight the new (not read) messages?

Not in the Thunderbird UI.

The font already changes from bold, to non-bold after you read it.
